EMI Industries: This project was designed for an award-winning metal & millwork manufacturer of standard & customized fixtures, displays & equipment for the restaurant, supermarket & convenience store industries. EMI operated out of two manufacturing buildings which were located on the same site. One building housed its stainless steel manufacturing & the other housed its millwork manufacturing. This project consisted of linking the two operations with a new 17,184 SF “connector” building.
