Avison Young: This 4,325 SF first generation interior buildout at SkyCenter One included the construction of offices, conference rooms, and a break area. Linear acoustics wood-look baffles were incorporated throughout to add visual interest as well as control the noise levels. The space features a mix of open and private offices. The glass partitions allow natural light throughout the space and views of the airplanes taking off outside the building.
