Seaboard Crossing: Adaptive reuse of the site and two industrial buildings in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg, Florida. This 44,048 SF project was a design-build collaboration with The Sinclair Group. We were responsible for improvements to the shell building as well as the design for tenant HaleLife Bakery.
