University Professional Park: This project is comprised of two new tilt-up construction commercial office buildings. Each two story building consisted of approximately 41,000 square feet. The buildings finishes are a modern blend of both cool and warm materials and palette of colors. Both buildings are protected throughout with an automatic fire sprinkler system, fire alarm and emergency lighting. The lobby and main corridor walls are clad in a cherry wood veneer accented by black reveals, painted drywall and complimenting vinyl wallcovering. The elevator lobby will receive a custom directory mounted on a wood veneered paneling system that is set out from the wall and edge lit across the bottom and side for a dramatic floating effect.
