Savills: This London-based real estate brokerage firm opened a 6,635 SF office on the third floor of the Midtown West office building in Tampa, Florida. Their company footprint spans the entire globe – this office maintains a homogenous design with the rest of their company while showcasing the individuality of Tampa Bay. The space features a sophisticated palette of earth-inspired textures. Accents of brick evoke an old Tampa atmosphere along with black and white photographs of iconic city landmarks. The exterior environment is brought inside with greenery throughout, including custom art pieces with live moss and foliage. Glass offices along the perimeter allow for an abundance of natural light. The large conference room transforms by opening its glass walls to combine with the adjacent break room and serve as a “town hall” space for informal gatherings. Careful attention was placed on having diversified work environments. Private offices and workstations were designed for employee focus work, and the open meeting spaces sprinkled throughout encourage collaborative work and connection between colleagues.
