Brandon Professional Center: This project consisted of the conversion of an existing 16,000 SF medical and radiology records storage facility into a multi-tenant medical office building. The project scope involved the complete interior “gutting” of the existing concrete block and steel building along with selective demolition of portions of the exterior facade to facilitate the new architectural massings, fenestration and solar shades.
