Alpha Gamma Rho: This new 19,000 SF ground-up fraternity house for Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) is located on the University of Florida campus on Museum Drive near Fraternity Row in Gainesville, Florida. The two-story traditional brick building serves as the home for 35 active brothers and the House Director. Residents, alumni, and guests are welcomed through an entry of four grand columns into the foyer and trophy room which are flanked by formal living and dining room areas. Adjacent is a large guest room and a well-appointed House Director’s Suite. The ground floor opens up to a large 150-person Dining Area/Chapter Room supported by a state-of-the-art commercial-grade kitchen. The design also includes a dedicated game room and lounge area. A spacious back patio nearly doubles the size of the ground floor with additional outdoor living areas. The second floor consists of generous bedrooms suites with bathrooms, two traditional living rooms, a large study room, and a conference room.
