This 13,219 SF interior renovation of Meridian II Suite 500 was for new tenant Lochner, an engineering firm with offices nationwide. The signage wall at the reception brings in natural light to the core of the building shining through the company logo. Acoustics were an area of concern, so the ceilings throughout feature a variety of clouds and baffles which not only serve as visual interest, but control the noise levels. Accent graphic walls celebrate the local city of Tampa. In addition to the tenant space, we also worked with the landlord to modernize the elevator lobby, common corridors, and restrooms for this floor of the building.
