Bloomin' Brands: This is the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Roy’s, Fleming’s and BoneFish Grill. The scope of this corporate headquarters project encompassed 140,000 square feet spread throughout four floors of a class ‘A’ office building that the client currently occupied and would continue to do so during a phased construction process. Our primary design goal was to integrate their stated “Key Values of Success” into the major elements of the interior renovation. Each component of the design phase was reviewed by Bloomin' Brands’ internal design group and presented to the steering committee, which included the ownership group.
