LabelValue: This 50,000 SF ground-up manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida was a design-build collaboration between AiC Architecture and The Sinclair Group. Our team was introduced to the owner prior to the purchase of the land. Early integration into the project helped to translate the owner’s vision into a building that supported their organization’s needs while meeting their construction budget and schedule.
