Carillon 570 Renovation: Proposed updates to the Class A office building 570 Carillon Parkway in St. Petersburg, Florida. Scope includes renovations to the building reception and elevator lobby as well as a new entrance allowing direct access to the building exterior for a future tenant. We completed a schematic design for this spec suite with a mix of open and private office spaces in warm, neutral colors.
