Burgess & Niple: This brand new 18,700 SF office at Tower Place in Tampa’s Westshore District was designed with our client Highwoods Properties. The Ohio-based engineering firm Burgess & Niple doubled its footprint from the previous space they occupied in Carrollwood, opening the opportunity to hire more employees as they continue to expand throughout Florida. This is now the firm’s largest office in the Southeast, spanning the full fifth floor of the building.
