Ashley Ybor: This 76,000 SF headquarters project for Ashley Furniture in Ybor City, Florida downsized the existing Muvico movie theaters from twenty to ten theater rooms. The ten easternmost theaters, restrooms & concession area were converted into corporate offices and a new third floor was added to the building.
